Doula and founder of C and the Moon, Carson Meyer, and Social Worker & Founding Director of The Motherhood Center, Paige Bellenbaum, LMSW will take you step-by-step through why doulas can make all the difference, and how to emotionally and physically care for birthing mothers. Carson will go over the role of a virtual doula, birthing support and hospital changes, and how to best prepare a birthing plan in the time of COVID – while also managing expectations. Paige will discuss all things emotional- including everything from the baby blues to postpartum depression and anxiety, and how to tell the difference between the two. This webinar is open to expecting moms and doulas.

Speaker Bio: Carson Meyer
Carson Meyer is a DONA certified birth doula and birth photographer from Malibu, California. She attended New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study where she pursued studies in child development, art therapy, and alternative medicine. In 2016 Carson returned to Los Angeles and began her journey as a doula with training from Bini Birth founder and DONA President, Ana Paula Markel. She works closely with mentor Lori Bregman and is a member of the Loom community.
